"I am a sanguinely optimistic person, I see the bright side, the silver lining, a half-full glass. Hence, my day is always sunny even though the sky foreboding." -Joseph V. Angeles
Introduction
Guys, God is so good!! Even in the midst of our darkest hours He is still there, loving us and never leaving us. As a lot of you know, I'm moving to Louisiana and that is definitely going to be hard, upsetting, and very stressful for me and my whole family. But as I was doing my not-so-quiet time this evening, I realized something. Instead of having a pity party everyday, why not turn this into a positive? Why not view this as another mission trip? Another chance to spread the amazing love of our amazing Father? Instead of stressing about house buying and selling and yelling at everyone, I'm going to focus on the positive and strive to be sanguine;). Lord knows my parents are stressed out enough, why bother them with a moody teenager? If viewed the right way, this could potentially be the best thing our family has ever gone through. Why not try and make it as fun and happy as possible? For that matter, we could apply that mentality to everyday life, along with big life changes. Life is too short to be petty and angry all the time! Remember, whenever God shuts a door, He opens a window. It may be a tight fit, but I'm jumping with my heart open, and my eyes closed.
"I sought the Lord, and he answered me and delivered me from all my fears." Psalms 34:4
